Summary
An uncontested application was filed by Smart Holograms Limited under rule 10(2) of the Patents Rules 2007 and section 13(3) of the Patents Act 1977. It was found that Roger Bradley Millington should be mentioned as sole inventor in relation to any patent granted for the invention and directed that an addendum slip mentioning him as sole inventor be prepared for the published patent application. The decision serves as a certificate, issued in accordance with section 13(3), to the effect that Christopher Robin Lowe, Colin Bennett Davidson, Jeffrey Blyth, Satyamoorthy Kabilan and Alexander James Marshall should not have been mentioned as inventors in the published patent application.
