MR JUSTICE NELSON:
The background facts.
"Twelve individuals, including both present and former members of staff, have stated that they have been bullied and harassed by Pat. This has been the reason cited by the former members of staff for their leaving, and several have cited stress, anxiety and psychological illnesses which they attribute directly to Pat's behaviour towards them .... The panel concluded that whilst some of the complaints made in the statements were trivial and did not constitute bullying, they were significant evidence that Pat had bullied and harassed other members of staff .... The panel .. found that she had bullied and harassed many members of staff over a significant period of time."
