1 "I treat the Applicant's letter of 11 December 2002 as an application for review."
4 "I have also considered the Applicant's long letters of 21 and 28 December 2002. It discloses nothing that was not, or could not have been, raised at the hearing. The decision was made having regard to the requirements of the Human Rights Act."
13 (5) "An application for the purposes of paragraph (1) may be refused by the President or by the chairman of the tribunal which decided the case or by a Regional Chairman if in his opinion it has no reasonable prospect of success."
12 (3) "The tribunal shall give reasons for its decision in a document signed by the chairman."
That has been done in relation to the review decision. He has given a decision with Extended Reasons which he has signed.
