MR PAUL MCGOWAN (Solicitor) Messrs Watson Burton Solicitors 20 Collingwood Street Newcastle upon Tyne Northumberland NE99 1YQ |
HIS HONOUR JUDGE J R REID QC
- This is an appeal by Dr R E Rudzki against a decision of an Employment Tribunal which was held at Newcastle upon Tyne on 21 August 2001, by which he was ordered to pay half of the costs of the Applicant. There was also on the same day an application to review which was refused.
- The position now is that the parties have reached agreement by which they have resolved their various differences, this having originally been a disability discrimination claim. Pursuant to that no further proceedings are to be taken. In those circumstances, we are asked simply to dismiss the appeal in accordance with the agreement the parties have reached and that we gladly do.
