"The conduct the applicant complained of did not cause her to resign. She was not herself. She had grown disappointed and frustrated over work. She never appeared to have settled down to the new ownership of the company. She feared and resented the respondents' efforts to change arrangements that she was happy with."
The Tribunal concluded with the observation that the Respondents had been entitled to run the company in their way and they had done nothing to impose on her in such a way as to deprive her of the benefit of arrangements she was entitled to insist on.
