JUDGE J ALTMAN:
"There has been poor compliance with the orders of the Tribunal on behalf of the Applicant to date and the Respondent is, legitimately, offended by this. The Tribunal drew to the attention of the Applicant's representative the importance of complying fully and timeously with the directions and orders of the Tribunal and explained that failure so to do would be regarded as misconduct of the sort likely to attract an order for costs."
"The Chairman has determined that the proper course is to order that the Applicant should pay £100 towards the Respondent's costs to date (a modest sum in consideration of the fact that the Applicant is a schoolboy and presumed not to be in gainful employment)."
