APPEARANCES
For the Appellant |
MR S SIMBLET (of Counsel) Messrs Bindman & Partners Solicitors 275 Gray's Inn Road London WC1X 8QF |

JUDGE WILSON: This has been the preliminary hearing of the proposed appeal by the appellant concerning the second decision of the Employment Tribunal sitting at London (South) on 28th February 2000 which was a hearing to determine the appropriate compensation for the unfair dismissal, which had previously been found at a hearing in 1999 by the same tribunal.
- We have benefited from a skeleton argument submitted on behalf of the proposed appellant by Mr Simblet and from the grounds of appeal, which he also drafted.
- In our view, the matter should proceed to full argument on the matters set out in paragraphs 11 to 16 of the Notice of Appeal under the subheading of "Grounds of Appeal". No other matters are for full argument.
- We consider that the case should be listed as Category C with an estimate of two hours.
