The history of this matter is as follows.
At paragraph 6(d) of the Employment Tribunals summary reasons begins: -
"alternative employment was offered. We need to say more about this latter aspect which has been at the nub of this case. "
"He (the Appellant) says this was because he told that he had to stay and look after things in Cheadle but the Respondent says that the Applicant had decided he did not want to go to Workinton either on a short term or long term basis."
