MR JUSTICE LINDSAY (PRESIDENT):
"(iii) One of the examples given in the Arab Emirates case as a poor reason is that of oversight of the time limit by a solicitor. I stress that this is not analogous of my situation in that I was aware of the time limit but due to illness I had little choice but to rely on Mr Long who is not a solicitor. He consistently reassured me that I was well within time, and that he would lodge my appeal before the time limit expired. Further details are outlined in my letter".
So she was aware of the time limit.
