JUDGE PETER CLARK: This appeal raises substantial arguments set out in the Appellant's Amended Grounds of Appeal in relation to the London (South) Tribunal's findings on the Applicant's complaints of disability discrimination and unfair dismissal. The points have been developed by Ms Pollard in her written skeleton argument and in oral submissions before us today. We shall not rehearse them. It is enough for us to say at this Preliminary Hearing stage that the appeal will proceed to a full hearing on all grounds.
- For that purpose we give leave to amend the grounds of appeal in the form submitted by Ms Pollard. She is to lodge a formal document forthwith. We shall direct that the Chairman be asked to provide his comments and notes of evidence in accordance with the written application for Chairman's Notes prepared by Ms Pollard which is before us and attached to the Appellant's PHD form. A copy of that application and the amended grounds of appeal should be sent to the Chairman for comment.
- The appeal will be listed as Category A for 1 full day. There will be exchange of skeleton arguments not less than 14 days before the date fixed for the full appeal hearing. Copies of those skeleton arguments to be lodged with this Tribunal at the same time. There are no further directions at this stage, but we shall give liberty to the Respondent to make any further application for Chairman's notes or comments. Any such application should be directed for my attention.
