MR M DINEEN (of Counsel) Messrs Blatch & Co Solicitors 7 Salisbury Road Totton Hampshire SO4O 3HW |
For the Respondent |
IN PERSON |
MR JUSTICE MORISON (PRESIDENT): Mr Dineen has asked for leave to appeal in this case.
- We took the view that his arguments before us lacked merit legally and factually. We do not therefore think that it is a case where we should grant leave, but it must be left to the Court of Appeal to decide whether this is an issue with which they should be concerned.
- Leave therefore is refused.
