MR JUSTICE MORISON (PRESIDENT): Because we have been given in this appeal a succinct skeleton argument it is possible to identify, by reference to the skeleton argument, the points which we consider to be arguable in this case.
Those are the points made between paragraphs 10 to 20 inclusive of the skeleton argument, which relate to Mrs McGuigan's complaint that she had been discriminated against on the grounds of sex and/or victimised on that ground.
We consider those to be arguable. We do not wish to give any indication one way or the other as to the prospects of success of that. This is, like every other discrimination case, an important matter. It should be listed as Category B for a High Court Judge, if not myself. I do not know whether I will be available.
