On definite approval, &c. Lord Lieutenant in Council to make Order. 13. Where the undertaking is definitely approved of by [the Department of the Environment] before whom the application comes, or all appeals against the disapproval of it are allowed, then and in every such case the Lord Lieutenant in Council shall settle and make an Order in Council, authorizing the making and maintaining of the tramway, subject and according to the provisions of this Act, by such persons or person or body corporate or company, in such manner, subject to such restrictions and provisions, and on such terms and conditions as shall be therein specified.
