Gaming machine licences: general. 46.(1) ..., a gaming machine shall not be provided for gaming on any premises unless there is a gaming machine licence in force in respect of the premises [or the value or aggregate value of the benefits in money or money's worth which any player who is successful in a single game played by means of the machine may receive cannot exceed #0.10]. (2) At any time when a gaming machine licence is in force in respect of any premises and, ..., authorises the provision only of gaming machines chargeable at [one rate], a gaming machine chargeable at [another rate] shall not be provided for gaming on those premises. (3) At any time when a gaming machine licence is in force in respect of any premises and authorises the provision for gaming on those premises of a specified number of machines chargeable at a specified rate, gaming machines chargeable at that rate shall not be provided for gaming on those premises in excess of the number authorised by the licence for machines so chargeable.
