Interpretation of Part IV. 42. In this Part "game" means any game whatsoever and includes any hare, pheasant, partridge, woodcock, snipe, quail, landrail, grouse or deer; "the Ground Game Acts" means the Ground Game Act 1880 and the Ground Game (Amendment) Act 1906; "gun" means a gun or firearm of any description and includes an air gun or any other kind of gun from which any shot, bullet or other missile can be discharged.
