Arrest of person committing indictable offence in the night. 10.(1) Any person may arrest without a warrant anyone who is, or whom he, with reasonable cause, suspects to be, committing any indictable offence in the night. (2) In subsection (1), "night" means the interval between nine o'clock in the evening and six o'clock in the morning of the next succeeding day. Subs.(3) repeals s.11 of 1851 c.19
