BUILDING SOCIETIES ACT (NORTHERN IRELAND) 1967 - SECT 98

Effect of determination.

98.(1) The arbitrators, the registrar or the court, as the case may be, to
whom a dispute is referred under the preceding provisions of this Part may, at
the request of either party, state a case for the opinion of the [Court of
Appeal] on any question of law.

(2) Section 22 of the Arbitration Act (Northern Ireland) 1937 (which enables
arbitrators to state, or to be directed to state, a special case for the
determination of the High Court) shall not apply to any dispute referred as
mentioned in subsection (1).
