Determination of disputes by court. 97. Subject to section 98, every determination of a dispute by arbitrators, or by the registrar, or by the court, shall be final and conclusive, and binding on all parties, and shall not be subject to appeal; and no proceedings on, or determination of, a dispute, whether referred to arbitrators, the registrar or the court, shall be removed into, or restrained by injunction granted by, any court, or any other court, as the case may be.
