Form in which records may be kept. 123.(1) Without prejudice to any other power in that behalf conferred on him by this Act, the registrar shall have power with the consent of the Ministry to make regulations with respect to (a)the form of, and the particulars to be included in, any certificate issued under this Act, and any application, notice or other document made or sent to the registrar under or in pursuance of this Act; and (b)the fees to be paid for the inspection, or the furnishing of copies, of any document in the custody of the registrar, or in connection with the exercise by the registrar of any of his functions under this Act. (2) The Ministry may make rules for prescribing anything authorised or required to be prescribed by any of the provisions of sections 28 to 30 and section 36, and in those sections "prescribed" means prescribed by rules made under this subsection. (3) Any rules made under subsection (2) for prescribing the form in which any notice is to be given may further provide that a notice to which the rules apply shall be deemed not to have been validly given unless, within such time from the giving of the notice as may be prescribed by the rules, the person to whom the notice was given signed a duplicate thereof and delivered it to the person by whom, or on whose behalf, the notice was given.
