DECISION
(A) The correct title of the Respondent is Sheridan & Hood Ltd, and the title is amended accordingly.
(B) The claimant’s holiday pay claim is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £603.40 in respect of holiday pay.
(C) The claimant’s claim for notice pay is well-founded and it is ordered that the respondent shall pay to the claimant the sum of £700.16 in respect of notice pay.
(D) The claimant’s redundancy pay claim against the respondent is well-founded and it is declared that the respondent is liable to make a redundancy payment of £4223.52 to the claimant. It is noted that this sum has been paid to the claimant by the Redundancy Payments Service.
(E) The claimant suffered pension deductions of £43.61, which was not forwarded to the pension provider, and has suffered that loss accordingly.
