APPOINTMENT OF SPECIAL ADVISER (MINISTER FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS) ORDER 2004.

The Government, on the request of the Minister for Foreign Affiars, and in exercise of the powers conferred on them by section 11(1) of the Public Management Act 1997 (No. 27 of 1997), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Appointment of Special Adviser (Minister for Foreign Affairs) Order 2004.

2. Mr. Ciarán Ó Cuinn, particulars of whose address were deposited at the offices of the Department of Foreign Affairs, 76/78 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2, on 30 September, 2004, is appointed as Special Adviser to the Minister for Foreign Affairs with effect from 30 September, 2004.
