I, JOHN O'DONOGHUE, Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1(3) of the Extradition (European Union Conventions) Act 2001 ( No. 49 of 2001 ) hereby order as follows: 1. This Order may be cited as the Extradition (European Union Conventions) Act 2001 (Commencement) Order 2002. 2. The 20th day of March 2002 is hereby appointed as the day on which the Extradition (European Union Conventions) Act 2001 ( No. 49 of 2001 ) shall come into operation. |
