S.I. No. 263/1954:

REGULATION OF EXPORT (ORDERS RELATING TO VENISON, FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1954.

REGULATION OF EXPORT (ORDERS RELATING TO VENISON, FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1954.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Export (Orders relating to Venison, Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) (Revocation) Order, 1954.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 9th day of December, 1954.

2. The following orders are hereby revoked :

(a) the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Venison) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 62 of 1949 ),

(b) the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1950 ).

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 2nd day of December, 1954.
