AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) ORDER, 1950.

AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY PRODUCTS (REGULATION OF EXPORT) ACT, 1947 (EXPORT OF FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) ORDER, 1950.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) Order, 1950.

2. On and after the 1st day of November, 1950, no person shall export any paste, jelly or other edible preparation containing fish or any part of a fish except under and in accordance with a licence issued in that behalf by the Minister for Agriculture under the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947).

3. This Order shall not apply to the export of fish oils or animal feeding stuffs, fertilisers or other preparations containing fish or any part of a fish which are not intended for human consumption.
