S.I. No. 120/1952:

CATTLE AND SHEEP (EXPORT PROHIBITION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

CATTLE AND SHEEP (EXPORT PROHIBITION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952.

The Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by Section 29 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling hereby orders as follows :--

1. (i) This Order may be cited as the Cattle and Sheep (Export Prohibition) (Amendment) Order, 1952.

(ii) This Order shall come into operation on the 13th day of May, 1952.

2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order.

3. Article 3 of the Cattle and Sheep (Export Prohibition) Order, 1952 ( S.I. No. 118 of 1952 ), is hereby amended by the deletion of the words " and Northern Ireland."
