ARRANGEMENT OF SECTIONS

1 Continuance of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956.

2 Short title.


AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE.

[31st March, 1971.]

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:

Continuance of the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 .

1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1974, and shall then expire.

(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1968, is hereby repealed.

Short title.

2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1971.
