AN ACT TO EXTEND THE PERIOD DURING WHICH THE CONTROL OF EXPORTS (TEMPORARY PROVISIONS) ACT, 1956 , CONTINUES IN FORCE. |

BE IT ENACTED BY THE OIREACHTAS AS FOLLOWS:— |

| Continuance of Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 . . |
1.—(1) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 , shall continue in force until the 31st day of March, 1968, and shall then expire. |

|
(2) The Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1961, is hereby repealed. |

| Short title. |
2.—This Act may be cited as the Control of Exports (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1956 (Continuance) Act, 1965. |
