Brandeis Brief in the case of In re William French Anderson
Abstract
This Brandeis Brief sets out the problems relating to a person subject to a covert operation that involved the use of a recording device. The recording was intentionally made without the use of the authenticity protocol, and was instrumental in the conviction of a crime. The client asserted that the recording was edited and his original lawyer did not object to the admission of the recording into evidence.
