The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 19(1) of the Education Act 2005( 1) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) (No. 2) Order 2021 and comes into force on 1st January 2022.
2. Owen Evans is appointed as Her Majesty’s Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales or Prif Arolygydd Ei Mawrhydi dros Addysg a Hyfforddiant yng Nghymru for a period of 5 years commencing on 1st January 2022.
3. The Education (Chief Inspector of Education and Training in Wales) Order 2021 is revoked( 2).
