The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 51(1), 64(6) and 273(1) of the National Health Service Act 2006(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Revocation Order 2017 and comes into force on 1st January 2018.
2. The Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2003(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust (Trust Funds: Appointment of Trustees) Order 2003 (S.I. 2003/1093), which provides for the appointment of trustees for that Trust.
A full impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sector is foreseen.
2006 c.41 ("the 2006 Act"). Section 51(4) is repealed by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Health and Social Care Act 2012 (c.7) and section 51 is repealed by section 1(1)(a) of the NHS (Charitable Trusts Etc) Act 2016 (c.10), both from a date to be appointed.
S.I. 2003/1093. By virtue of section 51(4) of the 2006 Act, where an NHS trust for which trustees have been appointed under paragraph 10 of Schedule 4 to that Act is given an authorisation as a foundation trust, the Order appointing the trustees has effect as an Order under section 51 of that Act. The Oxford Radcliffe Hospitals National Health Service Trust was authorised as an NHS foundation trust on 1st October 2015.
