The Secretary of State for Work and Pensions makes the following Order in exercise of the power conferred by section 91(9) of the Pensions Act 2004(1).
1. This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Governance and Administration of Occupational Trust-based Schemes Providing Money Purchase Benefits) Appointed Day Order 2016.
2. The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator's Code of Practice No. 13: Governance and administration of occupational trust-based schemes providing money purchase benefits is 28th July 2016.
