The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers in the enactments specified in the Schedule.
1.-(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Health and Social Care (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2015.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 1st July 2015.
2.-(1) The following are revoked-
(a)the Health Service Supply Council (Abolition) Regulations 1985(1),
(b)the Health and Medicines Act 1988 (Superannuation) (Savings for Retired Practitioners) Regulations 1989(2),
(c)the Authorities for London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals (Revocation) Regulations 1996(3),
(d)the Abolition of the NHS Tribunal (Consequential Provisions) Regulations 2001(4),
(e)the Care Standards Act 2000 (Domiciliary Care Agencies and Nurses Agencies) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2003(5), and
(f)the National Care Standards Commission (Commission for Social Care Inspection) (Fees and Frequency of Inspections) (Adoption Agencies) (Amendment) Regulations 2005(6).
(2) The following are revoked in so far as they apply in relation to England-
(a)the National Health Service (Venereal Diseases) Regulations 1974(7),
(b)the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Sponsorship) Transitional Regulations 2003(8), and
(c)the Tobacco Advertising and Promotion (Sponsorship) Transitional (Amendment) Regulations 2003(9).

These Regulations revoke the Regulations listed in regulation 2(1) of these Regulations. Regulation 2(2) also revokes, in so far as they apply in relation to England, the Regulations listed in that provision.
An impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as it has no impact on businesses or civil society organisations. It also has no impact on the public sector.
