Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers in section 2(5)(b) and (6) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993(), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
Citation and commencement
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner for England (Revocations) Order 2015.
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st July 2015.
Revocation
2. The following Orders are revoked-
(a)the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 1998(),
(b)the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006(), and
(c)the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009().

EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Order revokes the following three Orders: the Health Service Commissioner for England (London Post-Graduate Teaching Hospitals Designation Orders) Revocation Order 1998, the Health Service Commissioner for England (Special Health Authorities) (Revocation) Order 2006 and the Health Service Commissioner for England (Authorities for the Ashworth, Broadmoor and Rampton Hospitals) (Revocation) Order 2009.
