The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11 of Part II of Schedule 6 to the Merchant Shipping Act 1995(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (Interim Provisions)(Notice)(Revocation) Order 2014 and comes into force on 30th June 2014.
2. The Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (Interim Provisions) (Notice) Order 1980(2) is revoked.

This Order revokes the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea (Interim Provisions) (Notice) Order 1980 which is no longer of any practical effect.

S.I.1980/1125. Following the repeal and re-enactment of Schedule 3 to the Merchant Shipping Act 1979 (c.39) this order has effect as if made under Schedule 6 to the Merchant Shipping Act 1995.
