The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 14 and 15(5) of the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939(1) is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
1. This Order may be cited as the Trading with the Enemy (Revocation) Order in Council 2011 and comes into force on 15th December 2011.
2. The Orders specified in the Schedule are revoked.

This Order revokes the Orders in Council listed in the Schedule.
Those Orders extended the application of certain provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Act 1939 to the named territories and to the property vested in the China Custodian.
A full regulatory impact assessment has not been produced for this instrument as no impact on the private or voluntary sectors is foreseen.
1939 c.89 (2 & 3 Geo. 6). Section 14 was amended by Newfoundland (Consequential Provisions) Act 1950 (c.5).
