The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 75(2) and Schedule 1, paragraph 26(1), to the Pensions Act 2008(1), makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation Naming and Financial Year Order 2010 and shall come into force on 5th July 2010.
2. The name of the body corporate referred to in section 75 of the Pensions Act 2008 shall be the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation.
3. For the purposes of Paragraph 26(1) of Schedule 1 to the 2008 Act, the financial year in relation to the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation is the 12 months ending on the 31st of March in each year.

Section 75(1) of the Pensions Act 2008 provides that there is to be a body corporate, referred to in that Act as the trustee corporation. Section 75(2) provides that the name of that body corporate is to be determined by an order made by the Secretary of State. Article 2 determines that the name of the body corporate shall be the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation.
Article 3 prescribes a period for a financial year for the National Employment Savings Trust Corporation.
