Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by paragraph 3A of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is ordered, as follows:
1.–(1) This Order may be cited as the Public Records (Technology Strategy Board) Order 2007
(2) This Order comes into force on 1st February 2008.
2.–(1) Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 (definition of public records) is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3, at the appropriate place insert–
"Technology Strategy Board.".

This Order amends Part 2 of the Table at the end of paragraph 3 of Schedule 1 to the Public Records Act 1958 by adding an entry for the Technology Strategy Board, in order to make the administrative and departmental records of that body public records.
