The Secretary of State for Transport makes this Order in exercise of powers conferred by sections 10 and 41 of the Highways Act 1980[

1.
The A629 Trunk Road (Skipton to Kildwick Improvement and Slip Roads) Order 1996[
2] is revoked.
2.
This Order may be cited as the A629 Trunk Road (Skipton to Kildwick Improvement and Slip Roads) Order 1996 (Revocation) Order 2007 and shall come into force on 1st October 2007.
