The Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007
The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 28(3) of the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006[

Citation
1.
This Order may be cited as the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 (Commencement) Order 2007.
Provisions coming into force
2.
Sections 15 to 17 of the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 Act shall come into force on 28th February 2007.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings into force sections 15 to 17 of the Climate Change and Sustainable Energy Act 2006 (c.19) on 28th February 2007. The rest of the Act, other than the sections coming into force on Royal Assent, came into force in accordance with section 28.
