The Queen's Most Excellent Majesty in Council
Her Majesty, in exercise of the power conferred on Her by section 1(2) of the Education Act 2005[
1], is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, as follows:
1.
This Order may be cited as the Education (Inspectors of Schools in England) (No.2) Order 2006 and comes into force on 4
th September 2006.
2.
The persons named in the Schedule to this Order are appointed Her Majesty's Inspectors of Schools in England with effect from 4th September 2006.
