Whereas it appears to the Secretary of State that each body listed in article 2 of the following Order represents the interests of consumers and satisfies the other criteria published by him pursuant to section 11(6) of the Enterprise Act 2002[

Now, therefore, the Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 11 of the Enterprise Act 2002 hereby makes the following Order:
Citation and commencement
1.
This Order may be cited as the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) (Amendment) Order 2005 and shall come into force on 1st October 2005.
Amendment to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004
2.
—(1) The Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004[
2] is amended as follows.
(2) For the list in the Schedule to that Order there shall be substituted—
"
The Campaign for Real Ale Limited.
The Consumers' Association.
The Gas and Electricity Consumer Council.
The General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland.
The National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux.
The National Consumer Council.
The Consumer Council for Postal Services.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
The Secretary of State may designate any body that appears to him to represent the interests of consumers and satisfies the other criteria published by him as a designated consumer body for the purpose of submitting a "super-complaint" under section 11 of the Enterprise Act 2002. The Order amends the Enterprise Act 2002 (Bodies Designated to make Super-complaints) Order 2004 [
3] by adding the Campaign for Real Ale Limited, the General Consumer Council for Northern Ireland and the Consumer Council for Postal Services to the list of designated consumer bodies.
