COPYRIGHT
The Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon her by section 8(2) of the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002[
1], hereby makes the following Order:
Citation
1.
This Order may be cited as the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 (Commencement) Order 2003.
Commencement of provisions
2.
The Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 shall come into force on 31st October 2003 immediately after the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003[
2] have come into force.

EXPLANATORY NOTE
(This note is not part of the Order)
This Order brings the Copyright (Visually Impaired Persons) Act 2002 into force on 31st October 2003 immediately after the Copyright and Related Rights Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/2498) (which amend that Act) have come into force.
