The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-“
1. This Order may be cited as The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996 Variation Order 2000, and shall come into force on 24th March 2000.
2. The A4 Trunk Road (Hillingdon) Red Route (Clearway) Traffic Order 1996(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 1 Item 1 is substituted as follows:
"1. The A4 Bath Road/Colnbrook By-Pass between a point 17 metres east of the eastern kerbline of Stanwell Moor Road and a point 116 metres west of the western boundary of 104 Bath Road".
