1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the A30 Trunk Road (Honiton to Exeter Improvement) (Trunking Part of A3015) Order 2000 and shall come into force on 25th October 2000.
(2) In this Order, all measurements of distance are measured along the route of the relevant highway.
2. The length of highway described in the Schedule to this Order shall become a trunk road as from the date when this Order comes into force.
3. The new trunk road is indicated by a heavy black line on the plan numbered HA10/PS/237, marked "The A30 Trunk Road (Honiton to Exeter Improvement) (Trunking Part of A3015) Order 2000", signed by authority of the Secretary of State for the Environment, Transport and the Regions and deposited at the Highways Agency, Room 5/46A, St. Christopher House, London SE1 0TE.

A length of about 380 metres of the existing A3015 road east of Exeter in the County of Devon starting at a point 116 metres east of the centreline of its junction with Pinn Lane, to a point 106 metres east of the eastern end of the abutment of the M5 motorway bridge at Junction 29.
