The Traffic Director for London, in accordance with a direction given to him by the Secretary of State under section 58(1) of the Road Traffic Act 1991(1) and in exercise of the powers conferred on the Secretary of State by section 6 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2), and of all other enabling powers, hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order may be cited as the A316 Trunk Road (Richmond) Red Route Traffic Order 1997 Variation Order 2000 and shall come into force on 10th May 2000.
2. The A316 Trunk Road (Richmond) Red Route Traffic Order 1997(3) is varied by the following provisions of this Order.
3. In schedule 2A items 9 and 10 are deleted.
4. In schedule 2B items 9 and 10 are substituted as follows:
"9. | Between a point 14 metres south-west of the north-eastern wall of 57 Bicester Road and a point 23 metres south-west of that point. | At Any time | None | None |
10. | Between a point opposite the party wall of 263 and 265 Lower Richmond Road and a point 22 metres north-east of that point." |
5. In schedule 3B item 7 is substituted as follows:
"7. | Between a point 4 metres south-west of the north-eastern wall of 57 Bicester Road and a point 10 metres south-west of that point. | 7am-7pm Monday-Saturday Inclusive" |
