The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and by section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990(2) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order(3), and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act(4), hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as The West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 1999 and shall come into force on 1st April 1999.
2. The West Lindsey National Health Service Trust established by The West Lindsey National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1992(5) is dissolved, and accordingly that Order is revoked.

This Order dissolves The West Lindsey National Health Service Trust on 1st April 1999.
This Order should be read in conjunction with The Lincoln District Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Amendment Order 1999(6).
