The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities previously managed by the Humberside Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust(2), having consulted that Trust and the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust(3) in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1998 and shall come into force on 23rd April 1998.
(2) In this Order-
"the first Trust" means the Humberside Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust;
"the second Trust" means the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by, agreed upon by and signed on behalf of the first and second Trusts on 17th December 1997.
2. On 23rd April 1998 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.

This Order transfers to the Lincolnshire Ambulance and Health Transport Service National Health Service Trust on 23rd April 1998 trust property held by the Humberside Ambulance Service National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained from the Department of Health, Accounts and Trust Allocations Branch, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
