The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 41 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984(1), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Order:
1. This Order may be cited as the Family Proceedings Fees (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 1st October 1997.
2. For Fee No. 1(c) in the Schedule to the Family Proceedings Fees Order 1991(2) there shall be substituted the following-
"(c)on making an application for a non-molestation order or an occupation order under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996(3) (Family Homes and Domestic Violence) | £30 Only one fee is payable where an application is made for a non-molestation order and an occupation order at the same time". |
