The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to changes in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities previously managed by the Worcestershire Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust, and having consulted that Trust and the Worcestershire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Worcestershire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 30th July 1997.
(2) In this Order,
"the first Trust" means the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust;
"the second Trust" means the Worcestershire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 3rd June 1997, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both those NHS trusts.
2. On 30th July 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.

This Order transfers to the Worcestershire Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust on 30th July 1997 trust property formerly held by the Worcester Royal Infirmary National Health Service Trust. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Room 1N33F, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
