The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 1977(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities previously managed by the Southampton and South West Hampshire Health Authority, having consulted that Authority and the Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
1.-(1) This Order may be cited as the Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1997 and shall come into force on 29th April 1997.
(2) In this Order-
"the Authority" means Southampton and South West Hampshire Health Authority;
"the Trust" means Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust;
"the trust property" means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the Authority and the Trust on 21st October 1996, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the Authority and the Trust.
2. On 29th April 1997 the trust property shall be transferred from the Authority to the Trust.

This Order transfers to the Southampton Community Health Services National Health Service Trust on 29th April 1997 trust property previously held by the Southampton and South West Hampshire Health Authority. A copy of the schedule of trust property to which the Order refers can be obtained at the Department of Health, National Health Service Trust Unit, Quarry House, Quarry Hill, Leeds LS2 7UE.
